Our Christmas card!

I have wanted to do a card for two years, but we have always been too busy, last year we were doing everyone else's Christmas card pictures. This year we finally got our picture taken, thanks to sweet Jamie and Greg helping us, and the cards are ordered. I am very pleased that we got it done. I needed it for some reason, so I am grateful that Brandon obliged. He really is a wonderful husband.

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!

Brandon and I decided to go ahead and decorate for Christmas, so while he worked late, I put up our tree. This tree is sad, we know, but I have gotten a little attached to it since we had it our first Christmas together. I am not in the mood to replace things right now. I hope that you are enjoying the holidays this year. I know the holidays will be hard, but I also know that the best part of the holidays is spending it with those that you love, and that will be a huge blessing to be surrounded by those that we love.

Here is our sweet tree. Momma coined it a "Charlie Brown" tree since you can see straight through it. The name has stuck... all we need to do is get Peanut ornaments!!! We don't have a fireplace, so the dvds are acting as a stocking holder this year.... hey, you do what you gotta do!)
