Prayer Request

In your quiet moments please remember this sweet family in your prayers. While I do not know the couple personally, they are related to a dear friend of ours. Their twins came very early, and they have sadly lost one. The little boy, Kanyon, is doing better daily, praise the Lord! Their blog is kept up by a relative who is doing an excellent job keeping everyone updated. There are hundreds of comments from people praying for them and encouraging them, and I know that they could use hundreds more!

It is amazing what prayer can do! I ask you to join in and pray for this young family, for peace and comfort, for the doctors, and for little Kanyon to keep growing and developing. Thank you for remembering them!

Cottage Photography

Some of you may know that Brandon and I took on Cottage Photography last year. Over the past year, Brandon has really developed into an incredible photographer. New blog, new year

Brandon and I just had our first anniversary, and it was wonderful. I figured that with our start to our second year of marriage, I would start a new blog for us. We have a wonderful life, not without our share of troubles, but the good far out weighs the bad. Thanks for reading our blog, hopefully life will be interesting enough to share with you all.

I LOVE THIS MAN!!!

Brandon and I celebrated our 1st anniversary on the 25th, and it was wonderful. We didn't go far, but we did get out of our house and stayed the night in a great hotel near downtown. We went and had dinner at the restaurant we had met at for the very first time two years ago that night. Brandon is an amazing husband, and I thank the Lord for him everyday!

Thinking back on our wedding, we were reminded of all of those that came from far and wide to celebrate with us. It was an amazing day, and we thank our friends and family for making it so very special for us. Here are two of my favorite picture from that day.

Fun at the arboretum

We recently went to the arboretum with our sweet friends, Jamie and Greg, to scout out bridal and engagement photo locations. We ended up taking some great pictures, even some of us. We went almost the whole time we were dating and well into our first year of marriage without ever getting out the camera. The times are changing... and here is proof of that!!!

St. Patrick's Day Fun!

While Jamie and Greg were in town we went to the St. Patrick's Day parade in Lower Greenville, and it was so funny! Not family friendly, especially the jello shots that were thrown from the floats, but fun for us!!!
